Hawthorne Village is a large community developed by Mattamy Homes with over 10,000 homes and comprised of several unique neighbourhoods within the Town of Milton, the fastest growing municipality in Canada. In 2002 Hawthorne Village was awarded “Project of the Year” by the Ontario Home Builders Association and “Community of the Year” by the Greater Toronto Homebuilders Association. Our firm has been involved as the Control Architect in Hawthorne Village since it first broke ground in 1999 and we continue to ensure that attractive, pedestrian friendly streetscapes are achieved within this evolving community.
